- Monthly pair capacity vs your forecast (with peak-season buffer)
- In-house molding / cutting / bonding vs heavy subcontracting
- Dedicated private-label packaging line or shared packing tables
Quality system
- Incoming foam density checks and hardness records
- In-process checks for logo registration and edge finish
- Final AQL sampling plan you can reference on the PO
Commercial red flags
- Quotes that ignore size-curve waste
- No written sample approval gate before bulk
- Unwillingness to share material grade names
