Incomplete RFQs cause slow replies and unreliable pricing. Send the items below before you email a factory or submit a quote form.

1. Product definition

  • Reference photos or competitor SKU links
  • Target use: sports / orthotic-style / work / gel comfort
  • Preferred foam stack (EVA density, gel zones, memory foam)
  • Top cover material and colorways
  • Heel cup height, arch height, thickness map

2. Size & quantity

  • Size system (EU / US / UK) and size-curve percentages
  • Pairs per SKU for first order and 12-month forecast
  • Gender / kids mix if applicable

3. Branding & packaging

  • Logo method: print, heat transfer, woven label, emboss
  • Retail box, polybag, hangtag, barcode / UPC / EAN
  • Multi-language packaging needs
  • Carton marking and master carton qty

4. Compliance & shipping

  • Destination market and restricted substance lists
  • Preferred Incoterm (FOB Guangzhou, CIF, DDP)
  • Target ship window and sample-approval gate before bulk

5. Commercial

  • Payment terms preference (T/T, L/C)
  • Exclusive construction vs open catalog OEM
